education and training, combined with my lived experience, have prepared me well to support
you on your own recovery journey. It is my goal to help individuals dealing with substance use
and co-occurring disorders, as well as individuals with mental health issues not related to substances. I will help you develop healthy coping skills and wellness management. I use person-centered therapy and a whole health approach. I believe that in
order to successfully treat substance use disorder and mental health, all areas of health and wellness must be addressed. Karin can meet the client where they are at and also has a faith based approach if clients are interested in this approach.

With effective case management services, I will support you in all areas of wellness. You do not need to face this journey on your own. If you would like to find out more about how I can support you, I would love to hear from you.
