Catarina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and adults. She holds a Master’s in Counseling Education from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. Catarina’s extensive background includes work with the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Mental Health, and roles as an early intervention specialist, school psychologist, and behavioral crisis navigator. She is certified in Wellness Recovery Action Planning and Thanatology and holds a Director II certification. Her dedication to service has earned her a State Leadership Award and the YMCA’s Counselor of the Year Award.


Driven by her faith, Catarina is committed to creating a safe space for healing. Her areas of expertise include trauma, domestic violence, mood disorders, substance abuse, grief, and Christian-based counseling. She is trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Prepare/Enrich for couples counseling. Catarina also offers clinical supervision for counselors pursuing licensure and runs therapeutic groups.

Luz’s goal is to empower clients by helping them develop practical coping skills they can apply in their daily lives, enabling them to achieve success one day at a time.

Paul is a Licensed Social Worker with over 26 years of experience in various roles, including work with the Department of Children and Families, school systems, and clinical settings. He earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University and pursued further education with a Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies at Simmons College. Passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults, Paul transitioned to a full-time career in education, serving as a School Adjustment Counselor and currently as a Guidance Counselor at West Bridgewater Middle/High School.


His goal is to equip adolescents and adults with the tools and support they need to thrive on their life journeys.

K'Shayla is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who approaches each client with compassion, empathy, and support. Known for her warm and welcoming demeanor, she creates an open, honest, and direct environment where clients can expect to gain fresh insights and strategies, along with hope, encouragement, Biblical truths, and even laughter during sessions. K'Shayla earned her BA in Sociology and Psychology and her MA in Counseling and Psychology from American International College, where she also completed her graduate studies.


With experience as both an In-Home Therapist and Outpatient Therapist, K'Shayla published her first book, Restoration of the Soul, in January 2019.

Kelly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience as an Outpatient Therapist. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology Education from Cambridge College, where she specialized in trauma counseling and earned a Trauma Studies Certification. Kelly also received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Westfield State University, where she was inducted into the internationally recognized Psi Chi Honor Society.


Throughout her career, Kelly has worked with clients of all ages, addressing a wide range of symptoms and mental health diagnoses. She believes that compassion and empathy are foundational to building a strong client-therapist relationship. As a person-centered therapist, Kelly is committed to meeting clients where they are and providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for exploration and processing of mental health challenges.


Kelly is trauma-informed and recognizes that many individuals carry difficult experiences. She is dedicated to supporting clients on their journey toward overall well-being and encourages them to share their burdens. With strong faith values, Kelly integrates a spiritual approach into her practice.

Lisa serves as the Intake Coordinator at Saving Grace Counseling, often being the first point of contact for individuals seeking support. She plays a crucial role in connecting clients with the providers that best meet their needs. Understanding that reaching out for mental health support can be a daunting step, Lisa is dedicated to making the process of connection, communication, and care as seamless as possible.


With a background in office management and healthcare, Lisa brings valuable experience to her role. As a Christian, she is passionate about her work and is excited to contribute to the mission of Saving Grace Counseling. Lisa leads a prayer walk group ministry at her church and has actively participated in the Grief Share Community, reflecting her faith in God’s love, guidance, and ultimate peace. Through her role, Lisa aims to offer compassion and support to those she serves.
